Return Process
1. Check Seller Policy
Find the seller's return policy on the product page and make sure the item can be returned and check if they charge re-stocking fees.
2. Contact Seller
To initiate a return, contact the seller through order status.
3. Ship Package
Print and attach the return merchandise authorization (RMA) from the seller and ship package.
4. Receive Refund
You should see the refund within 5-7 business days of the package being received back by the seller.

I haven't heard back from the seller about my order, what can I do?
If you don't get a response after 2 business days, you'll see an "Escalate to GamaTech" option and the GamaTech Marketplace Support team will reach out to the seller for you.
Can I use GamaTech Gift Cards to purchase Marketplace products?
Yes! You can use any form of online payment that GamaTech currently accepts, which includes Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Paypal.
